We want all our customers to be happy with the services we provide. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the works carried out, in the first instance please contact us on 01252 310219 or by email to gasnetwork@btconnect.com so that we are able to take steps to rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trused Trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them, please contact Which? Trusted Traders in the first instance on 0117 981 2929.
